Victory World is intended only for adults who meet the minimum legal-age requirements applicable to the service and jurisdiction in which they are located.

You are responsible for confirming that your use of Victory World is lawful in your country, state, province, territory, or other location.

• You must meet the required legal age for every feature you use.
• You must not access restricted features from a prohibited location.
• You must provide accurate age, identity, and location information when verification is required.
• Victory World may restrict games, payments, promotions, or wagering features based on location and applicable law.

Some Victory World features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep that information current.

• You are responsible for protecting your password and account-access information.
• You must not sell, transfer, share, or allow another person to control your account.
• You may not create accounts using false, misleading, stolen, or unauthorized information.
• You must promptly notify Victory World if you suspect unauthorized account access.
• One person may be limited to one verified account where required for security, payments, promotions, or legal compliance.

Victory World may require identity, age, payment, or location verification before allowing access to certain services.

You must use Victory World lawfully, respectfully, and only for its intended purposes.

You must not:

• Harass, threaten, abuse, impersonate, or deliberately disrupt another player.
• Submit unlawful, hateful, deceptive, obscene, or infringing content.
• Use bots, automation, scripts, unauthorized software, or artificial assistance to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploit bugs, interfere with servers, bypass security, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Collude with other players, manipulate results, transfer value improperly, or engage in fraudulent activity.
• Use Victory World to launder money, conceal unlawful proceeds, or conduct prohibited financial activity.
• Reverse engineer, copy, scrape, modify, or redistribute protected platform material except where expressly permitted by law.

Victory World is designed to provide fair and enjoyable gameplay. Players must not interfere with game integrity or attempt to obtain an improper advantage.

• Game actions may be recorded and reviewed for security, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and rule enforcement.
• Victory World may investigate suspicious gameplay, unusual account activity, collusion, automation, or exploitation.
• Results may be corrected, cancelled, or voided when a technical fault, rule violation, security incident, or integrity concern materially affects a game.
• Temporary connection interruptions do not automatically entitle a player to compensation, reversal, or restoration of a particular game.

Game-specific rules, table limits, scoring rules, and settlement procedures may be displayed within the applicable game.

Payment features are not currently available through the public Victory World website. If introduced, additional payment terms will apply.

Those future terms may address:

• Accepted payment methods and supported currencies.
• Minimum and maximum transaction amounts.
• Identity, age, payment-method, and source-of-funds verification.
• Processing times, fees, limits, reversals, and failed transactions.
• Bonus, promotional, wagering, withdrawal, and account-balance rules.
• Restrictions required by law, payment providers, fraud controls, or responsible-gaming measures.

Victory World may restrict, suspend, investigate, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect players, comply with law, enforce these terms, or preserve platform security and integrity.

Reasons may include:

• Suspected fraud, cheating, collusion, abuse, or unlawful conduct.
• False identity, age, payment, or location information.
• Unauthorized software, account sharing, or security circumvention.
• Chargebacks, payment disputes, or suspicious transactions.
• Harassment, threats, or serious violations of community standards.
• Legal, regulatory, licensing, payment-provider, or risk-management requirements.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, players may be given information about a restriction and an opportunity to contact support.

Victory World, its logo, visual identity, website design, software, graphics, game interfaces, text, audio, animations, and related material are owned by or licensed to Victory World by INRICA unless otherwise stated.

You receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Victory World for its intended purpose.

You may not copy, sell, sublicense, publish, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from protected Victory World material without written authorization, except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Victory World is under active development. Features, games, interfaces, supported platforms, availability, and technical requirements may change.

Services may be interrupted for maintenance, testing, security, upgrades, technical problems, third-party failures, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Victory World does not guarantee that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or supported on every device.

Victory World may use or link to third-party services such as app stores, hosting providers, payment processors, identity-verification providers, sports-data services, analytics tools, or social networks.

Those services may have their own terms and policies. Victory World is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Victory World is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees that every feature will meet every user’s requirements.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the extent legally permitted, Victory World and INRICA will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of or inability to use the platform.

Final liability language must be reviewed and adapted for every location in which Victory World operates.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may be responsible for losses, claims, or costs resulting from your unlawful use of Victory World, violation of these terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or fraudulent conduct.

Players should first contact Victory World support with sufficient information to investigate an account, game, transaction, or service concern.

Formal dispute procedures, applicable law, governing jurisdiction, arbitration provisions, and regulatory complaint processes will be added after Victory World’s operating entity and launch locations are finalized.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated as Victory World develops, introduces features, changes service providers, or responds to legal and regulatory requirements.

Updated terms will display a revised effective date. Additional notice may be provided where required for material changes.
